Ingredients Quantity
Cooked and coarsely grind soybean 4 Cups
Powder garlic (or fresh minced) 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green onion, onion, parsley 3 tbsp each, chopped
Water 2 Cups
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Oil (for frying) For frying
