Green onion, onion, parsley | 3 tbsp each, chopped |

All purpose flour | 1 Cup |
Baking powder | 1 tbsp |
Oil (for frying) | For frying |
Method:
Mix all ingredients. Heat the oil and fry by teaspoonfuls.
