Entity Types: Any person, firm, or company.
Industry: Engaged in soybean processing in India.
Minimum Crushing
Requirement: At least 20,000 MT over 5 years.
Investment Requirement: Minimum investment of Rs. 100 Lacs in plant, machinery, and equipment.
Annual Membership Fee Rs. 12000
Soybean Processors: Any soybean processor who does not meet the specific qualifications mentioned earlier in the document.
Intending Processors: Individuals, firms, or companies with the intention of becoming a soybean processor.
Merchant Exporters: Any merchant exporter of soybean products.
Agriculturists/Producers: Any agriculturist or producer engaged in soybean cultivation.
Annual Membership Fee Rs. 12000
Any person, firm or company who does not fall under category of Full Member or Associate and who has an indirect interest in soybean industry, such as a machinery supplier, a shipping company, a banker etc. shall be eligible for admission as an Affiliate of the company.
Annual Membership Fee $500
Any person, firm or company based/registered outside India and who has an indirect interest in soybean industry, shall be eligible for admission as Foreign Affiliate.
- The name of candidate for admission shall be proposed by an existing Full Member of the company and seconded by another existing Full Member. An application in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Executive Committee from time to time, shall be sent to the Secretary of the Company, who will scrutinize the application in all respects and submit it to the Executive Committee with his observations.
- The Executive Committee shall decide any question which may arise to the admission, eligibility or otherwise under these articles of any candidate for their decision shall be final.
- Application form should be accompanied by appropriate Entrance Fee & Annual Membership subscription (as the case may be) by Bank Draft payable at Indore/By Local Cheque/By Cash/By Money Order.
- The Entrance Fees and the Annual Membership subscription once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
- Any person, firm or company eligible for admission as a Full Member, an Associate, an Affiliate or a Foreign Affiliate may admitted in its conventional or corporate name.
- “Associate” & “Affiliate” shall generally be entitled to the same privileges of the Company as a Full Member, except for the right to vote at any general meeting of the company or to eject any representative to the Executive Committee.
- Copy of resolution of Board of Director resolving to apply for membership to be enclosed.
- In case of partnership concern, photocopy of partnership deed to be enclosed.
- In case of proprietary concern, specific mention should be made in the application.
- In case of Full member, certificate from Chartered Accountant regarding commencement of production should be enclosed.
