No refund is applicable for payments of membership fees, admission fees and for payment made for Service offered by SOPA, with prior approval of the paying party.

In case of payments in connection with an event to be held in future, full refund will be offered, if the event is cancelled, after deducting 2% as processing fees, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500/- and maximum of Rs.5000/- .

In case the event is postponed by less than 6 months, the payment will be adjusted against the postponed event. If the event is postponed for more than six months, full amount will be refunded after deducting 2% as processing fees, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500/-.
